GaLaLea GbR offers teaching materials (print and digital) and courses (online and in person) for learning foreign languages.
When you register, you will receive a request to complete your profile<\/strong> within 72 hours. If the profile is not completed within this timeframe, your account will be deleted. Until the profile has been updated with at least your real name and address, you will not be able to book courses or purchase learning materials. Courses and teaching materials must be paid for in advance<\/strong>. Delivery<\/strong> or activation<\/strong> of access to your course will only take place after receipt of payment<\/strong>. For digital products, you will receive a download link<\/strong> in your account. In the case of book-on-demand products, these will be produced and shipped directly to you by the producer after payment. The warranty for physical products<\/strong> covers the completeness and functionality of the product. Although we create our products with the greatest care, errors may occur. As soon as we become aware of errors, we correct them and submit the corrected print templates for production and delivery. If the error affects the completeness and\/or functionality of the product, we will supply missing parts or send the new product free of charge. GaLaLea GbR is not liable for force majeure, which, for example, restricts internet use so that online courses cannot be held as planned or course material is inaccessible. <\/p>\n\n A purchase contract with GalaLea GbR is concluded upon booking a course or submitting an order for learning materials. The purchase contract only expires with a timely cancellation. Print products<\/strong><\/em> must be sent back to GaLaLea at your own expense within 14 days to receive a refund of the purchase price. Defective goods must also be returned within 14 days for exchange.
